Sometimes we are in a situation like this [Deeksha's blog about Landlords]. When we moved to Bangalore we were also stuck with a landlord like this, after moving from house he did not pay us back for 2 months, after that he gave a cheque which bounced back, and when we bugged him for 3 months we got money. I think we should publish the list of all these Landlords so no one falls into there trap.
