Dear Service Provider,

I do not know if I should call you service provider or non-service-provider. I have been complaining since last 9 days and still there is not result from your end. Every evening your technical department will call me, try to resolve the issue by using ‘netsh, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /flushdns and ipconfig /renew’ and fail, they will escalate the issue, promise me to resolve the issue in next 16 hours. It is now more than 200 hours and still my problem is not solved, I don’t know when will your clock complete 16 hours and my problem will be resolved. I know the issue, technical department knows only those 4 commands and age old technique of restarting computer and then antenna. But that is not helping me at all, even though I specified in my last mail that I have tried all the techniques your representative will call me again and instruct me to do same, and after that he will be blank. He will say, I will register your complain again and get me on hold. I have listened to your ‘on hold music’ so much that it haunts me at night.

Whenever technical team is unable to resolve the issue, I get a new complaint number. My complaint numbers are 62088062, 62101937, 62157399, 62199602, 62213992 (in last 4 days) and I know that this mail will get me a new complaint number. I like this process, where you close the old complain and start new complain every time so no issue gets escalated.

Even though you do not provide service for 20 days in last month you have sent me a bill for Rs.1200, how is that possible? When I talked to your customer representative, he was telling me to ‘it will be good if you pay the bill, we will get service restored in a day’. Why should I pay the bill? 3 months back in same situation we got a bill, we asked for waiver and got that too, but in next month bill, you added that as arrears. This is not acceptable.

If this situation continues I will be forced to approach the consumer court for Denial of Service and applicable damages. Kindly note.

    The worst case is when I contact c.care with my subscriber id they said no such customer. I am trying to disconnect their service but c.care can't take up the request as they can't take up a request for a non-existing customer. But still I am getting my monthly bills for that connection even I left from that house 2 months back...

    The CS (Customer Service or Completely Shitty?) representatives just are totally useless...



    I gave a complaint to the dept and fired people from Bangalore and also Mumbai(H/O). None of them are competent forget helpful. They just suck your blood and drive you CRAZY!!!



    I took a half-day and went to their office and was surprized how the Reliance Company runs !!! I couldn't believe that they don't have any process to solve problems whatsoever.



    Initially the CS guy told me to pay the pending amount, which I did, inspite of not having access for more than a month. After paying that the CS guy says the connection is blocked! I asked them to unblock it but they say that they CAN'T UNBLOCK it!!!!! Can you believe this? On top of this they tell me to apply AFRESH!!!



    I mean this is the most ridiculous company ever. Recently Ambanis were among the top 10 most richest people !!! And they run a company like this???? Bill Gates was #2 and Anil Ambani was there somewhere close as well. Would Microsoft treat their customers as SHIT?????? No........

    My Internet is still not working!!!! I am tired of trying to reach them and get this issue resolved!!! :-(

    well said veetrag, i have been using their wimax service, & the quality & reliability is really pathetic. They should change theier corporate name like: Non-Reliance Wimax Service.
