I am trying to disconnect their service but c.care can't take up the request as they can't take up a request for a non-existing customer. I couldn't believe that they don't have any process to solve problems whatsoever.<br/><br/>Initially the CS guy told me to pay the pending amount, which I did, inspite of not having access for more than a month. After paying that the CS guy says the connection is blocked! I asked them to unblock it but they say that they CAN'T UNBLOCK it!!!!! Can you believe this? On top of this they tell me to apply AFRESH!!!<br/><br/>I mean this is the most ridiculous company ever. Recently Ambanis were among the top 10 most richest people !!! And they run a company like this???? Bill Gates was #2 and Anil Ambani was there somewhere close as well. Would Microsoft treat their customers as SHIT??????
