Gameplay : It has not changed much from NFS underground or carbon. A hardcore car race fan will definitely love the races but I was surprised to find out the difficulty level was not very hard. In just one or two chances you can master the map and can hit the winning formula. The part they have changed is police chases but after few attempts rather than interesting it becomes annoying. They are long and does not provide many options.

Highway battle is a new addition and I must say its an interesting addition. Bumper camera was never an option for me in other versions, but in this mode we are locked to it and race become very exciting.

Storyline : Why did they add a story? There was no need for a story and for a racing game anyway there are limited option. The story is sluggish and gets boring. Only nice improvement is more realistic videos and inclusion of Maggie Q.

Graphics : It has improved over previous version but is not as much fun as night modes of Underground and Carbon. There is too much glare and I had to turn-off the reflection to play the game properly. Music is also not as great as the previous version of the game.

Overall : Game does not beat the expectations specially when Burnout has raised the bar quite high. But for NFS fans this is a game to play, it has its flaws but excitement of police chases is very good.

I did not understand the concept of Open-World for this game, the map and circuits are similar to previous versions, with open-world terminology I was expecting a bit of flexibility.

Bugatti Veyron was a surprise inclusion to the game and I enjoyed racing with it.

After NFS-Most Wanted, they stopped making good games...
    NFS-Carbon - OK
    NFS-Pro Street-Yuck...

    Now NFS-UC - OK...
    :(

When can we expect another Most Wanted :(

The review disappoints me, but I'll still check it out, being an ol' ol' NFS fan! :-D
